BBW Mediations offers mediation services and co-mediation services to facilitate dispute resolution in commercial, workplace or legal and financial disputes.

Mediation is an effective process to assist in the resolution of disputes without involving the legal system. Mediation aims to facilitate the parties finding their own mutually agreeable solution to any dispute which will be sustainable in the longer term. Solutions are not imposed by the mediator or any other party. 

The directors of BBW Mediations, Joanna Betteridge, Lisa Bradley and Gavin Wright have all trained as mediators with LEADR, Association of Dispute Resolvers and are all Accredited Mediators registered under the Mediation Act 1997.

Lisa, Gavin and Joanna each come from a different discipline and together make a great team. We can provide our services as mediators, conciliators or facilitators in relation to inhouse workplace disputes and in any industrial, commercial or financial dispute or court ordered mediation.
